The 2026 Manitoba High School Chess Championship was held on March 31 at Sisler High School in Winnipeg with 62 students from 23 schools participating in a seven round Swiss tournament. The winner of the event and Manitoba high school champion is Rhailey Punay with a perfect 7.0 score. Finishing in a tie for second place with 6.0 points were Yuchen Li of Acadia Junior High and Tanishq Patel of Dakota Collegiate.

Winner of the team event (based on scores of their top 3 players) was Dakota Collegiate with 16.5 points. Tied for second place with 14.0 points were Grant Park High School and Sisler High School.
